(Junior) Account Manager

Do you have experience in account management within a dynamic environment, and are you ambitious enough to take the next step? Are you looking for a challenging, independent role with substantial responsibilities and bonus opportunities? Are you the account manager who wants to join us in ensuring smooth customer interactions? Then we are looking for you!

We primarily work with our own platform, HAWK, through which we provide tested core components for solutions. However, each client is unique, has distinct requirements, and what works for one may not be suitable for another. HAWK addresses this by combining standard components with tailored customization.

The Dutch team at Tible currently consists of 20 people. Alongside this team, we collaborate with our colleagues in India, maintaining direct contact via Teams and JIRA. To better support our clients, we are expanding in the Netherlands. This enables us to better serve clients such as Statiegeld Nederland and others, acting as a bridge between user requirements and technical solutions.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for one or more accounts, but your role doesn't stop there! You will collaborate closely with the Account Director and our engineers to ensure every project is executed flawlessly, achieving optimal results for our clients. You'll evaluate processes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. You're a multitasker comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Profile

  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset

  • Professional, energetic, and entrepreneurial attitude

  • Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree or equivalent level

  • Comfortable with direct customer interaction, proactively seeking the best solutions

  • Ability to take responsibility, passion-driven with continuous ambition to enhance knowledge and customer satisfaction

  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and distinguishing key issues

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken

  • Accurate with strong numerical insight

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

  • Full-time availability

  • Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
