As an independent energy company headquartered in Rotterdam, Eneco operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom, where the organization, based on the mission 'sustainable energy for everyone', helps consumers and businesses switch to sustainable energy and strives for climate neutrality in 2035 through three strategic pillars: customers, sustainable generation and integration.

The question

Eneco wanted to make the quotation process more efficient, with less manual work and fewer errors. At the same time, the tool had to improve the customer experience by providing transparency and overview. The challenge was to combine complex tariff structures with an intuitive user experience for the sales department.

The approach

Based on the concept from 105NL, Tible developed the technical solution. The tool was built web-based and contains:

• Dynamic input fields based on customer type and consumption
• Automatic price calculation and product advice
• Export to personalized PDF quotations with Eneco branding
• Insight into historical quotations per customer/prospect
• CMS integration for adjusting rates, products and conditions
